Dėl neteisėtos motinystės pašalpos
Kaip informavo Finansinių nusikaltimų tyrimo tarnybos prie Vidaus reikalų ministerijos l.e.direktoriaus pareigas Valdas Grendelis FNTT, Kauno apskrities skyrius kartu su Kauno miesto apylinkės prokuratūra atliko ikiteisminį tyrimą ir išaiškino, kad individualiosios įmonės savininkė R. B. 2008 m. spalio mėnesį fiktyviai įdarbino tuo metu Airijoje dirbusią ir gyvenusią savo dukrą E. M.

Buhalterines paslaugas teikiančios įmonės vadovė suklastojo terminuotą darbo sutartį – ją ne tik pati pasirašė, bet ir deklaravo, kad įmonėje dirbančiai E. M. tris pirmuosius mėnesius mokamas 7 500 litų, o 2009 m. sausio–balandžio mėnesiais – 5 000 litų atlyginimas.

Pagal suklastotą darbo sutartį, darbo laiko apskaitos žiniaraščius ir VSDFV Kauno skyriui pateiktas ataskaitas Airijoje dirbanti E. M. apgaule įgijo teisę gauti 58 324 litų motinystės (tėvystės) pašalpą, kurios dalis – beveik 16 tūkstančių litų – kaltinamajai jau išmokėta.

Kauno miesto apylinkės teismas priėmė apkaltinamąjį nuosprendį ir skyrė po daugiau nei 15 tūkstančių litų baudas už sukčiavimą ir neteisėtai gautas padidintas motinystės pašalpas individualiosios įmonės, teikiančios buhalterinės apskaitos paslaugas Kaune, savininkei R. B. (g. 1963 m.) ir jos dukrai E. M. (g. 1983 m.).

Be Kauno miesto apylinkės teismo paskirtos daugiau nei 30 tūkstančių litų baudos, nuteistos moterys turės atlyginti Valstybinio socialinio draudimo fondo valdybos Kauno skyriui beveik 20 tūkstančių litų padarytą žalą.
