Nauja transporto draudimo tvarka
Susisiekimo ministro Eligijaus Masiulio įsakymu nustatyta nauja motorinių transporto priemonių, priekabų, sugadintų eismo ar kitokio įvykio metu, draudimo dalyvauti viešajame eisme ir draudimo panaikinimo tvarka, kuri įsigalios šių metų liepos 1 dieną.

Pagal naują tvarką transporto priemonėms bus draudžiama dalyvauti viešajame eisme, jei jos po eismo ar kitokio įvykio negalės judėti sava eiga ir joms bus deformuotas statramstis, lonžeronas ar rėmas. Teisę uždrausti transporto priemonei dalyvauti viešajame eisme ir priimti dėl to administracinį sprendimą bei anuliuoti privalomos techninės apžiūros galiojimą turės eismo priežiūrą vykdantys specializuotų policijos padalinių bei įgalioti policijos pareigūnai.

Po transporto priemonės, kuriai buvo uždrausta dalyvauti viešajame eisme, remonto valdytojas šią transporto priemonę turės pateikti privalomajai neeilinei techninei apžiūrai, kartu pateikdamas pažymą iš transporto priemonei atstatomąjį remontą atlikusios įmonės. Pažymoje turės būti patvirtinta, kad visiškai atkurtos kėbulo (rėmo) ir važiuoklės konstrukcijos bei jų stiprumas, gamintojo įrengta saugos įranga. Jeigu tokios pažymos valdytojas pateikti negalės, privalomosios neeilinės techninės apžiūros metu transporto priemonei nustatyta tvarka bus atliekama techninė ekspertizė.

Draudimas transporto priemonei dalyvauti viešajame eisme bus panaikintas, kai techninės apžiūros kontrolierius transporto priemonės valdytojui išduos techninės apžiūros taloną ir ant transporto priemonės priekinio ir (arba) galinio valstybinio numerio ženklo (-ų) priklijuos ženklą-lipduką (ženklus-lipdukus).
Tokia tvarka suderinta su Vidaus reikalų ministerija.
