Bankai išdalins dar 100 milijonų paskolomis
Finansavimo smulkieji Lietuvos verslininka gali kreiptis į AB Šiaulių, AB Ūkio, AB „Parex“ ir UAB Medicinos bankus. UAB „Investicijų ir verslo garantijos“ (INVEGA) baigė konkurso bankams, per kuriuos bus teikiamos paskolos labai mažoms, mažoms ir vidutinėms įmonėms (MVĮ), pretendentų vertinimą.

AB Šiaulių, AB Ūkio, AB „Parex“ ir UAB Medicinos bankai labai mažoms, mažoms ir vidutinėms įmonėms teiks kreditus iki 350 tūkst. Iitų investicijoms ir (arba) apyvartinėms lėšoms papildyti. Vienam paskolos gavėjui galės būti suteiktas ne daugiau kaip vienas mažas kreditas 12 mėn. laikotarpiu.
Mažiems kreditams numatyta skirti 100 mln. litų Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų lėšų.
Maksimali bankų marža, kurią bankai įsipareigoja taikyti mažiems kreditams, neviršys 2,2 proc. Laimėję bankai įsipareigoja nuo INVEGOS fondo pervestos ir bankų mažiems kreditams nepanaudotų lėšų sumos mokėti 3 mėn. VILIBOR +0,1 proc. dydžio metines palūkanas. Jei mažo kredito gavėjo vykdomo projekto vieta yra Vilniaus, Kauno ar Klaipėdos miestų savivaldybėse, nuo panaudotų lėšų sumos minėti bankai mokės 3 mėn. VILIBOR -1 proc. plius nustatyta banko marža, bet ne mažiau kaip 3 proc. metinių palūkanų, kitose savivaldybėse – 3 mėn. VILIBOR -2 proc. plius nustatyta banko marža, bet ne mažiau kaip 2 proc. metinių palūkanų
Kreditus labai mažoms, mažoms ir vidutinėms įmonėms Ūkio, Šiaulių ir Medicinos bankai jau teikia nuo balandžio pabaigos. Šie bankai laimėjo Ūkio ministerijos ir INVEGOS skelbtą konkursą dėl 20 mln. litų Lietuvos valstybės biudžeto asignavimų išskolinimo smulkiajam verslui. Ūkio, Šiaulių ir Medicinos bankų teikiama maksimali mažo kredito suma – 175000 litų.
Mažų paskolų teikimas smulkiajam verslui yra viena iš priemonių, numatytų Ūkio ministerijos parengtame Ekonomikos skatinimo plane. Ja siekiama suaktyvinti kreditinių išteklių rinką Lietuvoje ir taip efektyviai panaudoti 2007–2013 m. Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų lėšas, skiriamas verslo finansavimui skatinti.
