NETEISĖTAS UKRAINIEČIŲ ĮDARBINIMAS
Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnybos (VSAT) Pakrančių apsaugos rinktinės pasieniečiai išaiškino 17 ukrainiečių, kurie Klaipėdoje gyveno pateikę melagingus duomenis. Juos neteisėtai įdarbinusiam verslininkui skirta 2 tūkst. Lt bauda.

Pakrančių apsaugos rinktinės Nelegalios migracijos prevencijos ir kontrolės skyriaus (NMPKS) pareigūnai kartu su Klaipėdos policijos Migracijos skyriaus pareigūnais vykdė bendrą priemonę, siekdami nustatyti neteisėtai Lietuvoje esančius užsieniečius.
Patikrinimo metu buvo nustatyta, kad 17 Ukrainos piliečių, gyvenančių viename iš miesto viešbučių, pateikė melagingus gyvenamosios vietos deklaravimo duomenis.
Jie gyvenamąją vietą buvo deklaravę visai kitu uostamiesčio adresu. Migracijos skyriuje dėl to buvo pradėtos 17 administracinių bylų teisenos.
Taip pat vykdant nelegalaus darbo kontrolę ir tikrinant Pakrančių apsaugos rinktinės NMPKS surinktą informaciją, nustatyta, kad įdarbinant šiuos Ukrainos piliečius dirbti į vieną Klaipėdos uždarąją akcinę bendrovę, buvo pažeista užsieniečių įdarbinimo tvarka. Jie dirbo neturėdami Darbo biržos leidimų dirbti šioje įmonėje.
Už šį pažeidimą, t. y. užsieniečio, neturinčio leidimo dirbti, priėmimą į darbą, bendrovės vadovui buvo skirta 2 tūkst. Lt administracinė bauda.
Ukrainiečiams už gyvenamosios vietos duomenų melagingą teikimą skirtos administracinės baudos po 50 Lt.
