Auditas „Socialinių paslaugų teikimas“
Audito komitetas posėdyje svarstė audito ataskaitą „Socialinių paslaugų teikimas“. Ši tema tampa vis labiau aktuali ir problematiška, nes socialinių paslaugų poreikis didėja: visuomenė sensta, daugėja socialiai pažeidžiamų gyventojų.

Atlikus auditą, atkreiptas dėmesys į svarbiausius aspektus, kuriuos reikia tobulinti, siekiant ekonomiškiau, efektyviau ir rezultatyviau teikti socialines paslaugas bei naudoti socialinėms reikmėms skiriamas valstybės biudžeto ir savivaldybių biudžetų lėšas.
Audito komiteto pirmininkė Loreta Graužinienė atkreipė dėmesį, kad valstybinio audito ataskaitoje minimos problemos keliamos jau ne vienus metus, tačiau teigiamų poslinkių nesimato.
Komiteto nariai svarstymo metu nusprendė, kad siekiant racionaliai panaudoti valstybės biudžeto tikslines dotacijas, skirtas socialinių paslaugų teikimui ir užkirsti kelią prielaidoms tikslines dotacijų lėšas panaudoti ne pagal paskirtį, būtina numatyti, kad nepanaudotos valstybės biudžeto specialiosios tikslinės dotacijos turi būti grąžintos į valstybės biudžetą.
Apsvarstęs šį klausimą, Audito komitetas priėmė sprendimą, kuriame pasiūlė tobulinti socialinių paslaugų teikimo sistemą Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo bei Finansų ministerijoms.
Apie šio Seimo Audito komiteto sprendimo ir valstybinio audito rekomendacijų įgyvendinimą, paprašyta informuoti iki 2009 m. rugsėjo 1 d.
