Pratimai širdies ir kraujagyslių sistemai pratęsia gyvenimą – ar tai tiesa?

Širdis sukurta susitraukti tam tikrą kiekį kartų. Nešvaistykite jų pratimams. Jums skirtas gyvenimas baigsis nepriklausomai nuo to, kaip jūs eikvosite širdies susitraukimus. Tai tas pats lyg sakytumėt, kad galite pratęsti savo automobilio gyvenimą, jeigu jį itin greitai vaikysite. Norite gyventi ilgiau? Miegokite per siestą.

Ar reikia liautis valgyti raudoną mėsą? Daugiau valgyti vaisių ir augalinio maisto?

Reikia suprasti maitinimosi efektyvumo strategiją. Ką valgo karvės? Žolę ir kukurūzus. Kas tai? Augalinis maistas. Tokiu būdu jautienos gabalas – pats efektyviausias būdas pasisavinti augalinį maistą. Norite valgyti javus? Valgykite vištieną.

Ar reikia mažinti alkoholio vartojimą?

Jokiu būdu. Vynas gaminamas iš uogų. Brendis – tai distiliuotas vynas, o tai reiškia, kad iš uogų pašalintas skystis, dėl to iš jų jūs gausite daugiau naudos. Alus irgi gaminamas iš javų. Neribokite perdėtai jo vartojimo.

Kokie reguliarių fizinių pratimų privalumai?

Mano filosofija tokia: jeigu jums nieko neskauda, nieko nedarykite. Jūs visiškai tvarkoje.

Keptas maistas kenksmingas?

Mūsų laikais maistą kepame ant augalinės kilmės aliejų, jis jų prisotinamas. Kaip gali būti kenksmingas papildomas augalinis maistas?

Kaip galima sporto salėje atsikratyti antsvorio?

Visiškai niekaip. Vienintelis dalykas, kurio pasiekiame pratimais raumenims – atitinkamo raumens padidėjimas.

Šokoladas kenksmingas?

Gyvenimas neturi būti kelionė iki karsto nusiteikus į jį patekti visiškai sveikam, su patraukliu ir gerai išsilaikiusiu kūnu. Geriausia pradėti kelionę su alumi vienoje rankoje ir sumuštiniu kitoje ir baigti ją po daugelio sekso valandų, su visiškai pavargusiu, sunaudotu kūnu, rėkiant – tai buvo verta to, kokia puiki kelionė!..

Jeigu nuolatinis vaikščiojimas būtų naudingas, paštininkai būtų nemirtingi. Orkos visą gyvenimą plaukioja, valgo žuvį ir geria vandenį ir vis dėlto jos storos. Kiškiai bėgioja ir šokinėja be paliovos, bet gyvena ne ilgiau kaip 15 metų. Vėžliai nebėgioja ir nieko neveikia, o gyvena 450 metų.
