Testamentų registre bus kaupiami duomenys
Vyriausybė pakeitė Testamentų registro nuostatus, tad nuo šiol jame bus kaupiami duomenys apie visus palikimą gavusius ir jį priėmusius asmenis.

Pagal dabar galiojančią tvarką notaras ar teismas Testamentų registrą informuoja tik apie pirmojo asmens, kuris atėjo priimti palikimo, pareiškimą. Jei palikimą gavo keli asmenys, informacija apie vėliau besikreipusius į Testamentų registrą nebeperduodama. Tad registre kaupiami duomenys yra neišsamūs, o „Sodra“, Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija ir kitos institucijos negali sužinoti apie realią asmenų turtinę padėtį. Todėl valstybės institucijos duomenis apie palikimą priėmusius asmenis papildomai turi rinkti iš notarų ar teismų, gaištamas laikas, neracionaliai ir neefektyviai naudojamos lėšos, užkraunama papildoma administracinė našta tiek žmonėms, tiek institucijoms.

Pakeitus registro nuostatus, institucijos greičiau priims reikalingus sprendimus, bus kaupiama tiksli ir išsami informacija apie visus palikimą gavusius ir priėmusius asmenis.
