Lietuvos darbo biržos struktūrinės pertvarkos gairės
Lietuvos darbo biržos direktorius Mindaugas Petras Balašaitis informavo, kad yra numatyta, jog vietoj dabar esančių 46 liks tik 10 teritorinių darbo biržų su struktūriniais padaliniais, veikiančiais savivaldybėse, kurie vykdys tik su klientų aptarnavimu susijusias funkcijas.

Skyriai bus atskaitingi teritorinėms darbo biržoms, o jos – centrinei Lietuvos darbo biržai.

M. P. Balašaitis patikino, kad naujasis darbo biržų regioninis modelis padės lanksčiau ir efektyviau planuoti bei įgyvendinti aktyvios darbo rinkos politikos priemones, atsižvelgiant į regiono darbdavių poreikius ir reaguojant į situaciją darbo rinkoje. Numatoma, kad po pertvarkos darbo biržų teikiamų paslaugų kokybė pagerės, jos galės greičiau ir lanksčiau reaguoti į darbo rinkos pokyčius ir orientuotis į pagalbą konkrečiam žmogui.
