 Šakių rajono apylinkės teismui perduotoje 24 tomų baudžiamojoje byloje surinkti duomenys, kad septynių asmenų suburta organizuota grupė į valstybės biudžetą nesumokėjo daugiau nei pusės milijono litų mokesčių.

Nustatyta, kad bendra suklastotuose dokumentuose nurodyta sandorių suma buvo beveik 3 milijonai litų. Sąskaitose faktūrose buvo pateikiami duomenys apie neva įsigyjamas reklamos paslaugas, automobilių detales, statybos ir remonto darbus.

Po to, klastodama sutartis, sąmatas, darbų priėmimo aktus, PVM sąskaitas faktūras, kasos pajamų orderius, O. Z. bendrovė tas pačias neegzistuojančias prekes ar paslaugas parduodavo šakiečių N. N., A. M. ir klaipėdiečio R. S. vadovaujamoms bendrovėms ir įmonėms.

FNTT Marijampolės apskrities skyriaus tyrėjai atskleidė, kad septynių asmenų grupuotė į valstybės biudžetą nesumokėjo 355 tūkst. 904 litų pridėtinės vertės mokesčio ir 202 tūkst. 923 litų pelno mokesčio.
Už įvykdytas nusikalstamas veikas kaltinamiesiems gresia maksimali baudžiamoji atsakomybė, numatyta Baudžiamajame kodekse – laisvės atėmimas iki aštuonerių metų.
