Už gydymą sveikatos įstaigoms mokės daugiau
Sveikatos apsaugos ministro Raimondo Šukio iniciatyva išnagrinėjusi galimybę peržiūrėti  įkainius už asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas, Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo taryba rekomendavo šiuos įkainius didinti t.y. medicinos įstaigoms iš Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo (PSDF) biudžeto rezervo papildomai skirti pinigų.

Toks siūlymas pateiktas įvertinus šalies ekonominę ir finansinę padėtį, makroekonomines prognozes bei PSDF biudžeto surinkimo rezultatus.

Sveikatos apsaugos ministro R. Šukio noras iš naujo įvertinti valstybės galimybes finansuoti medicinos įstaigos virto konkrečiomis Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo tarybos rekomendacijomis.

Taryba pasiūlė nuo šių metų liepos 1 d. padidinti daugelio asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų bazinių kainų balo vertę nuo 0,81 iki 0,84 lito, o greitosios medicinos pagalbos – nuo 0,81 iki 0,86 lito. Jeigu baziniai įkainiai būtų padidinti tokiomis proporcijomis, šalies gydymo įstaigos už suteiktas paslaugas antrame pusmetyje gautų 45 mln. 654 tūkst. litų daugiau negu buvo patvirtinta 2010 metų PSDF biudžete.  Galutinį sprendimą dėl šių siūlymų turi priimti Sveikatos apsaugos ministras.
 
„Šiuo metu situacija dėl šalies asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų finansavimo yra nevienareikšmiška. Viena vertus PSDF yra sukauptas rezervas, kuris, beje, didele dalimi atsirado  tik dėlto, kad buvo maksimaliai nukeliami atsiskaitymo terminai su gydymo įstaigomis, kita vertus sunkmetis ypač pablogino finansinę medicinos įstaigų padėtį, todėl Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija ieško optimalių sprendimų, kaip būtų galima ir padėti gydymo įstaigoms, ir tinkamai subalansuoti PSDF biudžetą. Tik gavęs visas rekomendacijas, prognozes ir vertinimus taip pat pasitaręs su Premjeru ir Finansų ministre šiuo klausimu priimsiu pasvertą sprendimą“, – teigia sveikatos apsaugos ministras Raimondas Šukys.
