Valstybinės ligonių kasos prie Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos (www.vlk.lt) direktorius A. Sasnauskas pabrėžė, jog, įvertinus dabartinę šalies ekonominę ir finansinę padėtį bei makroekonomines prognozes, taip pat stabilų 2010 metų pradžios PSDF biudžeto surinkimą, siūloma nuo šių metų liepos 1 d. padidinti daugelio asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų bazinių kainų balo vertę nuo 0,81 iki 0,84 lito. Savo ruožtu, įgyvendinant Vyriausybės patvirtintą sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų ir paslaugų restruktūrizavimo trečiojo etapo programą, taip pat siūloma padidinti greitosios medicinos pagalbos paslaugų bazinių kainų balo vertę nuo 0,81 iki 0,86 lito.
 

Paprastai kalbant, tai reiškia, kad gydymo įstaigos šių metų antrąjį pusmetį už suteiktas paslaugas gautų 45 mln. 654 tūkst. litų daugiau nei planuota tvirtinant 2010 metų PSDF biudžetą. Šios lėšos būtų skiriamos iš PSDF biudžeto rezervo. Posėdyje buvo pabrėžta, jog prioritetine ir toliau lieka pirminės ambulatorinės sveikatos priežiūros grandis – jos paslaugų metinių bazinių, taip pat skatinamųjų paslaugų kainų 1 balas lieka 0,89 lito, priedo už gerus darbo rezultatus 1 balas – 1 litas ir t.t.
 

Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo taryba pritarė tokiam padėties gerėjimo ženklus atspindinčiam nutarimui. Taip pat buvo priimti nutarimai dėl Ligų ir kompensuojamųjų vaistų joms gydyti A sąrašo bei dėl Kompensuojamųjų medicinos pagalbos priemonių C sąrašo pakeitimų.
