Seimas, siekdamas nedidinti valstybės biudžeto asignavimų darbo užmokesčiui, priėmė visą įstatymų pataisų paketą, kuriuo nutarė pratęsti laikinai sumažintų valstybės tarnautojų kategorijų pareiginių algų koeficientų, priedų už kvalifikacines klases ir kvalifikacines kategorijas, priedų už rangą ir kai kurių važiavimo išlaidų kompensavimą (Kalėjimų departamento statutiniams valstybės tarnautojams) galiojimą. Priimtomis pataisomis nustatyta, kad minėti sumažinti koeficientai ir priedai galios iki 2011 m. pabaigos.

- Valstybės tarnybos įstatymo 1 priedo pakeitimo įstatymo 3 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2242 (2). Balsavo:už – 50, prieš – 34, susilaikė 10.
- Valstybės tarnybos įstatymo 25 straipsnio ir 1 priedo pakeitimo įstatymo 4 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2243 (2). Balsavo: už – 50, prieš – 32, susilaikė 12.
- Antrojo operatyvinių tarnybų departamento prie Krašto apsaugos ministerijos statuto 32 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymo 3 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2244(2). Balsavo: už – 56, prieš – 32, susilaikė 13.
- Civilinės krašto apsaugos tarnybos statuto 20 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymo 3 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2245 (2). Balsavo: už – 56, prieš – 31, susilaikė 13.
- Tarnybos Kalėjimų departamente prie Lietuvos Respublikos teisingumo ministerijos statuto pakeitimo įstatymo 1 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymo 3 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2246 (2). Balsavo: už – 62, prieš – 39, susilaikė 11.
- Tarnybos Kalėjimų departamente prie Lietuvos Respublikos teisingumo ministerijos statuto pakeitimo įstatymo 1 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymo 5 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2247 (2). Balsavo: už – 63, prieš – 39, susilaikė 12.
- Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnybos statuto 30 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymo 3 straipsnio pakeitimo įstatymas (projektas Nr. XIP-2248 (2). Balsavo: už – 64, prieš – 38, susilaikė 13.
