Perduoti teismui nelegalūs prekeiviai žeme
Finansinių nusikaltimų tyrimo tarnybos Kauno apskrities skyrius su Kauno miesto apylinkės prokuratūra baigė ikiteisminį tyrimą, kuriame žemę pardavinėję kauniečiai sutuoktiniai kaltinami sukčiavimu ir neteisėtu vertimusi ūkine, komercine veikla. Tyrimo paskaičiuota, kad už parduotą žemę šeima gavo ne mažiau kaip 1,35 milijono litų pajamų, o į valstybės biudžetą nesumokėjo daugiau nei 200 tūkstančių litų mokesčių.

Ikiteisminiame tyrime atskleista, kad 2004 m. sutuoktiniai Kauno rajone įsigijo 4 hektarus žemės ūkio paskirties sklypus. Vėliau sutuoktiniai pakeitė nekilnojamojo turto paskirtį ir turėtus sklypus padalino į 35 namų valdos sklypus. Per ketverius metus kaltinamieji V. Č. (g. 1960 m.) ir R. Č. (g. 1963 m.) pardavė 16 sklypų ir gavo ne mažiau nei 1,35 milijono litų pajamų.

Visus sklypus kaltinamieji pardavė neteisėtai – neįregistravę prekybos nekilnojamuoju turtu individualios veiklos ir neturėdami reikalingo tokiai prekybai leidimo. Tyrime surinkta duomenų, kad sutuoktiniai nuo 2004 metų už parduotus žemės sklypus deklaravo mažesnes gaunamas apmokestinamas pajamas ir dalį sklypų pardavimo sandorių įformino mažesne kaina, negu realiai sumokėjo pirkėjai. Kaltinamiesiems priskaičiuota papildomai 212 tūkstančių litų pridėtinės vertės, gyventojų pajamų mokesčių bei Valstybinio socialinio draudimo įmokų.

Už įvykdytas nusikalstamas veikas kaltinamiesiems gresia laisvės atėmimas iki aštuonerių metų. Baigta baudžiamoji byla perduota nagrinėti į Kauno miesto apylinkės teismą.
