Atlikta korupcijos rizikos analizė Ūkio ministerijoje
Lietuvos Respublikos specialiųjų tyrimų tarnybos pareigūnai atliko korupcijos rizikos analizę Ūkio ministerijoje ir Įmonių bankroto valdymo departamente prie Ūkio ministerijos. Korupcijos rizikos analizės metu nustatyta, kad Ūkio ministerijoje korupcijos prevencijos įgyvendinimui 2008–2009 metais buvo skirta nepakankamai dėmesio.

Taip pat nustatyta trūkumų ir Ūkio ministerijai įgyvendinant antikorupcinę programą.

Išanalizavus teisės aktus, reglamentuojančius Ūkio ministerijos kompetencijai priskirtų Europos Sąjungos struktūrinės paramos finansuojamų veiksmų programų prioritetų ir priemonių administravimo procedūrą bei projektų finansavimo sąlygų aprašus ir jų priedus; bankroto ir restruktūrizavimo administratorių atestavimo procedūrą, teismo skiriamo bankroto administratoriaus kandidatūros atrankos, derinimo, skyrimo ir atlyginimo dydžio nustatymo procedūrą, Įmonių bankroto valdymo departamento veiksmus vykdant bankroto administratorių veiklos kontrolės procedūras, galima daryti prielaidą, kad neišsamus tam tikrų teisės aktų nuostatų reglamentavimas sudaro prielaidas korupcijai ir piktnaudžiavimams.

STT rekomenduoja Ūkio ministerijai ir Įmonių bankroto valdymo departamentui prie Ūkio ministerijos išanalizuoti pastebėtus trūkumus ir imtis konkrečių priemonių: skaidriai reglamentuoti procedūras, tobulinti darbuotojų kontrolės mechanizmą, kad mažėtų prielaidų korupcijai pasireikšti.
