Kauno tyrėjų tyrimas dėl valstybės lėšų pasisavinimo
Finansinių nusikaltimų tyrimo tarnybos Kauno apskrities skyrius kartu su Kauno apygardos prokuratūra baigė ikiteisminį tyrimą, kuriame Kėdainių rajone ir Vilniuje registruotų bendrovių vadovai įtariami sukčiavimu ir beveik pusės milijono litų pasisavinimu.

Kaltinimai dėl įvykdytų nusikalstamų veikų pareikšti tiek 35-erių ir 54-erių metų bendrovių vadovams, tiek pačioms bendrovėms kaip juridiniams asmenims.

Baigtame tyrime išaiškinta, kad 2003–2004 metais Vilniuje veikiančios bendrovės vadovas B. V., veikdamas kartu su realios ūkinės finansinės veiklos nevykdančios bendrovės vadovu M. D., sudarydavo fiktyvias statybos subrangos sutartis, klastojo įvairius buhalterinės apskaitos dokumentus, statybos žurnalus, darbų atlikimo aktus, nurodydami juose tikrovės neatitinkančius duomenis apie vidaus apdailos ir pastatų remonto darbus. Bendra tokių tariamų sandorių suma siekė daugiau nei 310 tūkst. Lt. Taip elgdamosi bendrovės į valstybės biudžetą nesumokėjo daugiau nei 47 tūkst. Lt pridėtinės vertės mokesčio.

Pastarieji, būdami ne tik bendrovių direktoriai, bet ir kasininkai, iš viso pasisavino virš 422 tūkst. Lt.

Baigta baudžiamoji byla perduota nagrinėti Vilniaus apygardos teismui. Kaltinamiesiems už įvykdytas nusikalstamas veikas gresia maksimali bausmė – laisvės atėmimas iki dešimties metų.
