Jurbarko r. išaiškinta nelegali degalė...
Finansinių nusikaltimų tyrimo tarnybos Tauragės apskrities skyriaus pareigūnai, tikrindami gautą informaciją apie vykdomą nelegalią veiklą, kartu su Tauragės apskrities valstybinės mokesčių inspekcijos darbuotojais, patikrino buvusių Rotulių žemės ūkio bendrovės pastatus, esančius Rotulių k., Jurbarko raj.

Patikrinimo metu buvusiose mechaninėse dirbtuvėse bei garažų masyvuose, kuriuos šiuo metu nuomoja Rotulių kaimo gyventojas T. K. (gim. 1978 m.), aptikta nelegali automobilių remonto įmonė su įranga automobilių kėbulams, važiuoklei bei varikliams remontuoti. Tikrinimo metu dirbtuvėse dirbo šeši asmenys bei rasta apie 15 remontuojamų bei ardomų įvairių markių automobilių. Nei vienas iš dirbusių asmenų neturėjo nei verslo liudijimo, nei pateikė dokumentus, liudijančius, kad yra įsteigęs įmones tokiai veiklai vykdyti. Išaiškinta, kad nelegalų automobilių remontą ir netoli Jurbarko dirbtuves įrengė  Jurbarko rajono gyventojas N. K.

Tikrinant mechanines dirbtuves ir garažų masyvus, viename iš jų, rasta nelegali degalinė, kurioje buvo įmontuota vietinė apsaugos signalizacija. Nelegalios degalinės savininkas T. K. duris atrakino tik į įvykio vietą atvykus Jurbarko rajono policijos komisariato ir priešgaisrinės apsaugos ir gelbėjimo tarnybos pareigūnams.

Nelegalios degalinės patalpose rasta įvairių talpų su dyzeliniais degalais, įvežtais iš Rusijos Federacijos Kaliningrado srities, degalų pilstymo įranga su skaitikliu. Patikrinimo metu rasta beveik viena tona degalų. FNTT Tauragės apskrities skyriaus paėmė degalų mėginius ekspertizei atlikti. Gavus išvadas, medžiaga bus perduota į teismą dėl produktų gabenimo ir laikymo taisyklių pažeidimų, neteisėto vertimosi ūkine veikla. Administracinių teisės pažeidimų kodeksas už tokius pažeidimus nustato maksimalią baudą iki 20 tūkstančių litų. 

Tai ne pirmas atvejis, kai FNTT Tauragės apskrities skyriaus pareigūnai nustatė nelegalaus darbo ir veiklos faktus Jurbarko rajone. Rugpjūčio mėnesį patikrinus Jurbarke veikiančią siuvimo įmonę, turinčią socialinės įmonės statusą ir gaunančią valstybės subsidijas darbo užmokesčiui kompensuoti, aptikti trys nelegalūs darbuotojai. FNTT Tauragės apskrities skyriaus pareigūnai dėl šių pažeidimų surašė administracinės teisės pažeidimų protokolą ir medžiagą perdavė Jurbarko apylinkės teismui. Už kiekvieną nelegalų darbuotoją įmonės savininkei gali tekti sumokėti baudą iki 10 tūkstančių litų.
