Dėl slaugytojų darbo krūvio ir apmokėjimo tvarkos
LRS Sveikatos reikalų komitetas posėdyje priimtas sprendimas dėl slaugytojų darbo krūvio ir apmokėjimo tvarkos, kuriame siūloma Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijai reglamentuoti slaugos specialistų maksimalius darbo krūvius, kurie užtikrintų kokybiškas ir saugias slaugos paslaugas visuose ASPĮ lygiuose bei sudarant sutartis su sveikatos priežiūros įstaigomis dėl sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų apmokėjimo, vertinti teikiamų paslaugų kokybę pagal tai, ar įstaigoje realiai egzistuojantys darbo krūviai nekelia pavojaus pacientams ir teikiamos sveikatos priežiūros paslaugos yra kokybiškos.

Posėdyje buvo pritarta Pridėtinės vertės mokesčio įstatymo atitinkamų straipsnių pakeitimo ir papildymo įstatymo projektui Nr. XIP-2536, kurio vienas iš tikslų yra pratęsti lengvatinio 5 proc. PVM tarifo taikymą vaistams ir medicinos pagalbos priemonėms, kai šių prekių įsigijimo išlaidos visiškai ar iš dalies kompensuojamos Lietuvos Respublikos sveikatos draudimo įstatymo nustatyta tvarka, siūlo pagrindiniam - Biudžeto ir finansų -  komitetui patobulinti įstatymo projektą, atsižvelgiant į Sveikatos reikalų komiteto pastabas ir pasiūlymus.

Asmens sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų steigėjams komitetas siūlo įstaigose nedelsiant patvirtinti slaugos specialistų maksimalius darbo krūvius, kol tai nėra atlikusi Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija. Taip pat jiems siūloma peržiūrėti slaugos specialistų darbo apmokėjimo tvarką, labiau atsižvelgiant į slaugytojų atliekamo darbo intensyvumą, sudėtingumą ir slaugytojų išsilavinimą, skatinti įstaigas aktyviau pasirašyti kolektyvines sutartis bei užtikrinti, kad įstaigų administracija visus sprendimus, susijusius su slaugytojų darbo organizavimu derintų su įstaigų slaugos tarybomis.
