2-osios ligoninės darbuotojams siūlyta Kauno klinikinė ligoninė
Naujasis Kauno 2-osios klinikinės ligoninės direktorius Arvydas Rimkevičius ligoninės salėje surengė oficialų susirinkimą su ligoninės darbuotojais. Juos nustebino paviešinti įstaigos veiklos duomenys, kurie itin suprastėjo šiais metais.

„Nors darbą ligoninėje pradėjau spalio 25 dieną, tačiau anksčiau surengti susirinkimo nebuvo galimybės. Peržiūrėjus įstaigos dokumentus iškilo labai daug klausimų, į kuriuos buvo gauta labai mažai atsakymų", - sakė laikinai einantis direktoriaus pareigas A. Rimkevičius.

Įstaigos vadovas susirinkusiems pateikė ligoninės veiklos rezultatus, kurie nemaloniai nustebino darbuotojus.

„2008 - uosius ligoninė baigė turėdama 1,2 mln. litų pelno, 2009-uosius - 0,23 mln. litų pelno, o šių metų rugsėjo 31 dieną jau turėtas 1,78 mln. litų deficitas. Šie skaičiai dar kartą parodo, kad įstaiga nebuvo pavyzdingai valdoma. Todėl yra būtina atlikti įstaigos auditą. Sveikintina, kad miesto Taryba Kauno miesto savivaldybės kontrolės ir audito tarnybai pavedė iki gruodžio 10 d. atlikti ligoninės 2009-2010 m. finansinį ir veiklos auditą. Auditas bus atliekamas ir Raudonojo kryžiaus klinikinėje ligoninėje", - sakė A. Rimkevičius.

Susirinkimo metu buvo aptartas kitų metų planuojamas įstaigos biudžetas, darbo santykiai. Direktorius pabrėžė, jog vykstant reorganizacijai darbuotojų atleidimai nėra planuojami.

Sujungus Raudonojo kryžiaus klinikinę ir 2-ąją klinikinę ligonines, bus įsteigta nauja Kauno klinikinė ligoninė. Visiems darbuotojams bus įteikti įspėjimo lapeliai apie darbo sutarties sąlygų pasikeitimą, t.y. bus nurodyta, kad keičiasi jų darbdavys. Darbuotojai turės teisę apsispręsti, ar nori dirbti naujoje ligoninėje, ar ne. Tie darbuotojai, kurie nesutiks pereiti dirbti į naują ligoninę, bus atleidžiami, išmokant jiems kompensacijas.

„Šiuo metu abiejų ligoninių administracijoje yra devyni besidubliuojančių padalinių vadovai. Bus sprendžiamas klausimas dėl jų pareigybių. Bet kokiu atveju jiems bus pasiūlytos kitos pareigos ligoninėje. Reabilitacijos skyriai jungiami tikrai nebus, bus sujungtos tik laboratorijos, nes Raudonojo kryžiaus klinikinėje ligoninėje esanti laboratorija yra per siauro profilio", - apie būsimus pasikeitimus kalbėjo A. Rimkevičius.

Susirinkimo pabaigoje laikinasis direktorius pakvietė darbuotojus išsakyti jiems rūpimus klausimus ir mintis. Ateityje dėl reorganizacijos ir kitų klausimų jis planuoja susitikti ir su profsąjungos atstovais.
